Who we are

What we collect

• Quote requests. When you submit the quote form we receive the details you enter: name, email address, phone number, company (optional), the service you are interested in, your project description, budget range, timeline and how you heard about us.
• Emails and calls. If you contact us directly, we keep the correspondence needed to respond and, if we work together, to run the project.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the website.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites and does not identify individual visitors.

Google Analytics (only with your consent). If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies (such as _ga) to measure visits, the pages you view and actions such as submitting the quote form or clicking our email or phone links. IP addresses are anonymized. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and the banner will appear again. This website does not use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals and, if you become a client, deliver our services. The legal basis is your request to us and our legitimate interest in responding to it. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

• Google (Google Apps Script and Google Workspace) stores quote form submissions.
• Cloudflare hosts and secures this website and provides cookieless, aggregated visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
• Google Analytics (Google LLC / Google Ireland) measures website use, only after you consent.

These providers may process data outside Kosovo and the EU under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as required by our contracts and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Email agon.aliu@silicode.co and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the date above.
