Business Process Automation
Remove the repetitive work between your systems
Every company has processes where people act as the glue between systems: copying orders from email into the ERP, cross-checking shipments against invoices, chasing approvals, compiling the same report every Monday. It is slow, error-prone and nobody's favourite part of the job.
We automate those processes end to end. Systems talk to each other through their APIs, clean records are handled automatically, and only real exceptions reach a person, in a triage view with everything they need to resolve them. For one distributor, this removed about 20 hours of manual reconciliation every week.
What we deliver
Process mapping
A clear map of the current process, its exceptions and where automation pays off most.
System integrations
API connections between ERP, CRM, accounting, logistics, email and messaging tools.
Automated reconciliation
Matching rules that clear routine records automatically and flag discrepancies.
Approval workflows
Structured approvals with notifications, deadlines and an audit trail.
Exception dashboards
One place for your team to review and resolve the cases that need a human.
Monitoring & digests
Alerts when something fails, and daily summaries of what the automation handled.
How we approach it
- 01
Shadow & measure
We observe the process as it runs today and measure the time and error rate involved.
- 02
Design the flow
We agree which steps are automated, which stay human and how exceptions are handled.
- 03
Build & test
Integrations are built and tested against real historical data before going live.
- 04
Go live & tune
A supervised launch, then tuning of matching rules as edge cases appear.

Process Automation: frequently asked questions
Should we use Zapier, n8n or custom code?
No-code tools are great for simple, low-volume flows. Once you need complex matching logic, high volumes, error handling or audit trails, a custom or n8n-based solution is more reliable and often cheaper to run. We recommend the lightest option that will hold up.
What if one of our systems has no API?
We can work with file exports, database access, email parsing or scheduled imports. There is almost always a reliable way in.
How do you measure the return on an automation project?
We measure time spent and error rates before we start, then track the same numbers after launch, so the savings are documented rather than estimated.
What happens when the automation hits something unexpected?
It stops and routes the case to a person with full context, rather than guessing. Monitoring alerts us and you if a connection fails.
