Document & Content Automation

Generate contracts, reports and documents in seconds, not hours

If your team fills in the same templates every day (contracts, offers, reports, certificates), most of that time is copy-paste, and every copy-paste is a chance for an error that creates real risk.

We build document engines that take structured data from your CRM, forms or database, choose the right template variant, apply conditional clauses and produce finished PDF and Word files ready for review or e-signature. In one project, a law firm cut contract drafting from about 45 minutes to under 90 seconds while processing over 10,000 documents a month.

What we deliver

Template engine

Your approved templates converted into structured, version-controlled templates with conditional logic.

Clause & variant logic

Rules that select clauses and boilerplate by jurisdiction, product, client type or any other field.

PDF & Word output

Print-ready PDFs plus editable Word versions for partner or manager review.

Integrations

Data in from your CRM, forms or database; documents out to storage, email or e-signature.

Internal web tool

A simple interface where staff generate, review and track documents without touching templates.

Document processing (IDP)

The reverse direction too: extracting data from incoming PDFs and scans with OCR and validation.

How we approach it

    Template inventory

We collect your templates, variants and the rules people currently apply by hand.

    Logic design

Clause logic and data fields are mapped and signed off by your subject-matter experts.

  3. 03

    Build & parallel run

The engine runs alongside your current process until outputs match, document for document.

  4. 04

    Rollout

Staff training, a template update workflow and monitoring of volumes and errors.

Document Automation: frequently asked questions

What kinds of documents can be automated?

Any document that follows rules: contracts, NDAs, employment agreements, offers, invoices, certificates, reports and compliance documents. If a person fills it in from data and rules, it can be automated.

Can lawyers still review documents before they go out?

Yes. The engine can produce an editable Word version for review alongside the final PDF, and nothing has to be sent automatically unless you want it to be.

How do we update templates later?

Templates are version-controlled and can be edited by authorized staff, with a test step that previews changes before they go live.

Does it work with e-signature tools?

Yes. Generated documents can be sent straight to e-signature platforms through their APIs, and signed copies filed automatically.

Is our data secure?

Documents are generated in your cloud environment or ours under a data processing agreement, with access control and audit logs. We follow GDPR principles for personal data.
